Neak Oknha Chen Zhi is the chairman of Prince Group (officially the Prince Holding Group), one of Cambodia's largest and fastest expanding business conglomerates, but he is relatively unknown.

Despite his extensive business interests in Cambodia, Chen Zhi of Prince Group appears to be keeping a low profile, with the exception of an official Twitter and LinkedIn account, which are most likely handled by his bodyguards.

He is of Chinese descent and is known as Chen Zhi. Later, he became a Cambodian citizen through naturalisation. He went to Cambodia in 2010 and met with Prime Minister Hun Sen.

His interest in Prince Real Estate has led to the creation of numerous projects in both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, Cambodia. These ventures paved the way for a one million-square-meter expansion.

Prince Plaza Center, Prince Modern Plaza, Prince IT Building, and Prince City Center are a few examples. They are currently undergoing renovations, but will be done shortly.

Belt Road Capital Management, Prince Bank, Cambodia Airways, Prince Supermarket, Awesome Global Investment Group, and Canopy Sands Growth are among the subsidiaries of Prince Group.

It would not be shocking if he invested in other businesses that had the potential to succeed.

He is not only a businessman, but a philanthropist as well.

In Cambodian culture, Chen Zhi's year of philanthropy was last year. He promised $3 million to assist Cambodia in purchasing one million COVID-19 vaccines.

Chen Zhi stepped in to support the victims of the floods that ravaged Cambodia. He loves watching movies as a hobby.

He generously donated to the establishment of the Prince Horology Vocational Training Center, which provides full and partial scholarships to deserving Cambodian students.

Oknha neak Chen Zhi seems to be a big fan of luxury watches, and he wants Cambodian-made watches to compete with Swiss and Japanese-made watches.

The appearance of Chen Zhi in Cambodia

Chen Zhi arrived in Cambodia for what reason? He is capable of developing relationships with people from all walks of life. Because of his real estate experience and contacts, he can complete large-scale projects. His adept networking skills may have aided him in making a profit.

Though Chen Zhi prefers to work behind the scenes and prefers to remain anonymous, he has assisted Prince Group in the launch of over 240 charity events. When Chen Zhi is not involved in the growth of banking, aviation, retail, or real estate, the Prince Charitable Foundation is the Group's most successful allotment.

Chen Zhi and the Group were instrumental in obtaining employment for many people in Phnom Penh. They achieved this by embarking on a huge undertaking. Ream City will be available shortly, according to previous statements. In Sihanoukville, a city of 834 hectares will be built under this $16 billion initiative.

Since it will be built on reclaimed land, Ream City will have typical urban features such as malls, hospitals, landed homes, restaurants, bars, coastal resorts, beach houses, beaches, and so on.

If Chen Zhi's dreams come true and the current rate of growth continues, he will be a household name in Cambodia in no time.
